I’ve been living at College Heights in Prince George for over a year now, and it’s been great. The place is super clean, well-kept, and has a really friendly vibe. Lisa, the site manager, is awesome — always around, super helpful, and makes sure everything stays safe and tidy. The neighborhood feels welcoming, and while you might notice someone vaping once in a while, it’s no big deal. This apartment building is awesome we have had no issues and Lisa Gardiner the site manager is amazing, the staff is amazing we love living in college heights and can't say enough about good stuff about the professional staff thank you so much it makes our lives that much better!!!! My partner and I with our senior dog stayed here for 3 years and we loved our stay! Lisa and the maintenance team were great to work with and very receptive to any concerns. (Plus our dog loved getting pets and treats from the team whenever he saw them). Our unit was generally pretty quiet and our neighbours were all so friendly it made for a wonderful community experience.
My partner and I stayed here for a few years while we saved for our first house. In the time we’ve lived here the staff became friendly familiar faces. Our little Yorkie fell in love with the maintenance lady who would always have a treat pouch for him. The manager was always responsive and always had an explanation or resolution.
