This apartment building is awesome we have had no issues and Lisa Gardiner the site manager is amazing, the staff is amazing we love living in college heights and can't say enough about good stuff about the professional staff thank you so much it makes our lives that much better!!!! Terrible experience!! Manager not friendly or caring!! She wants to charge us for carpets that my dog did not soil from previous tenants! The pee spots are too big!! Can’t believe this! She is also a liar about another experience with her!! So sad!!🤪also make sure to write down everything that is wrong when u move in with her there! The apartments are pretty, I'll give them that. You get a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the unit, which is a nice convenience. However, you can hear everything the upstairs neighbours are doing. I know that living in an apartment means you'll hear some noise—it's unavoidable, especially from upstairs neighbours. But those above me were constantly stomping, even until nearly 3 in the morning, which kept me up. Despite these buildings being relatively new, there isn't much noise insulation. I've been enjoying a beautiful life with my cat in this place for two years. The presence of a balcony overlooking the woods adds a touch of magic to my living space. Living alone, I've always felt extremely secure here, and the building manager has consistently been kind and supportive.
