Horrible Optometrist. She made a mistake, which she fully admitted to, the first time, and I couldn't see well. However, she was very rude to me about it. Got the glasses back another two weeks later, and again, they weren't right at all. The employee told me to keep wearing them for 3 days, while Zanko said absolutely nothing and basically discarded me. Dr. Zanko knows her stuff and gives a great explanation as to what’s going on, without the industry terms. Supporting staff are great also, overall A++++ experience.
Dr. Zanko is excellent! She genuinely listens to your concerns, is extremely thorough, very professional, and works with you. I highly recommend Dr. Zanko and Professional Eyecare Associates!
