Had a great evening at Towngate! Had an excellent buffet dinner from the Ye’ Old Alpha that included lemon chicken, glazed pork loin, heirloom tomato and candied onion salad, roasted red skin potatoes, etc. for $20 a person. Finished off with watching the classic “Bringing up Baby” starring Carey Grant and Catherine Hepburn. Looking forward to attending again! Great job Tim, PD and Dominique!
We saw "The Widow's Tale" on August 11th and loved it. Great performances by everyone. This was our first time attending a performance at The Towngate Theater and we'll definitely be going again.
I have been there the last evening for the performance of “The Fantasticks”. Very impressed with the performance of these young performers. They are awesome. They put their heart and soul into the performance. The Towngate itself is so cute and cosy. It reminds me of a miniature Capital Theater. It’s beautiful! Very nice experience. I will definitely be back.
My husband and i had a date night here. We usually do dinner and a movie but decided this for something different and really enjoyed ourselves!!! We will certainly be back for other events! Btw- Crazy 8 improv you guys were awesome thank you!!!
The improv last night was great! Highly recommended! Beautiful Japanese artistry snacks & a beverage, great cultural experience! The theater is the perfect vintage big screen venue. Ultra Man took me back to my grade school days much to the chagrin of my 15yo (sorry 'bout her luck)! #SupportTheArts
