We had Ogle do some work on our heater/ac unit and haven’t had an issue since. However, communication and efficiency were lacking. We were told we would get a call back three different times and never heard back until we called again. They were out at our place, fixed the part and didn’t hear about it until the next day when we called again to see when it would be complete. Recently our air conditioner wasn't working properly. We called Ogle Heating and Cooling and Mick came right over to check it out. It was a warranty issue, so they rushed a part. Justin immediately came over and installed it as soon as it came in. They are the only company we will use. We highly recommend Ogle's. Tanya Sgrenci

This company is not reputable. They installed a York Heat Pump. After getting paid $2500, they would not answer any questions when asked about why it wouldn't quit running when it reached temperature. They wanted another service call. Previously, they fixed? a propane stove which stopped working shortly after. The next service man said that the thermocouple was set to high and wasn't getting the flame. Also, the thermocoil was faulty and should have been changed.
