So I have lived here for about 5 yrs now. I loved it at the beginning not so much now. THE ELEVATOR IS NOT WORKING ALL THE TIME. Pretty much every time the power goes out it stops working. I live on the 5th floor this is not ideal at all. I currently have a very important package that I need today that is locked in the office. I guess because the elevator is down, they are not delivering them. I put some maintenance requests in back in June they are still not taken care of, and it is the end of September.
