Always the best nurses and the Dr. Zelenak is the best..
Incredibly frustrated with the office staff who are unprofessional at best and a malpractice risk at worst. I needed to be seen urgently and Dr. Zelenak at Ogemaw Eye Institute is the only in-network opthalmalogist in West Branch. After several days of managing the paperwork they needed BEFORE they would even schedule me for one of the two emergency appointments they had available, I was told by an office worker who was NOT one of the doctors, "they would just prescribe the same thing the urgent care did," and now the first ... read more
