I went in for a contact lens prescription on July 11, 2022. I wanted daily wear lenses, and I was prescribed monthly wear. Since there is no phone at the 2020 Vision Services of Texas location I had to go in to have this changed. I went in a few days later and asked for the correction. The very nice people at the front desk said they would take care of it. I never heard back so a week later I went in again.
