Was not given a notice and they shut my power off. I have children, food, and thousands of $$ in fish that need power to live. But these crooks just do as they please. We should have other choices for power companies.
24 hours and counting!!! I've been out of power without any notice at all. I've had uploaded the documents but they said they didn't get it. Okay!!! That's not my fault!!! And how on earth you can cut electricity without any communication at all!!! After holding for 3 hours, I uploaded and emailed the documents again!!! There's no way of confirming if they got it or not this time!!! That's just insane!!! How ineffective and crazy a system has to be!!! They should be sued for this harassment!!!
I have had ongoing and countless issues with the OGNE customer service. I wish there was another option for electrical in Oklahoma. I would certainly choose it.
Nothing like waiting 2 hours plus.... still waiting to speak with someone to get new power
OG&E required me to submit my Social Security card through their website, which I believe is highly inappropriate. According to the email I received (I can provide the email if needed), the Social Security card was the primary (must have) form of documentation. Concerned about the risk of identity theft, I refused to upload my card and called customer support to inquire about alternative submission methods. They informed me that by skipping the Social Security card submission, I could still proceed with my application. WHAT?... read more
