I used to be able to auto-pay by credit card, and if I needed help I could quickly talk to a person. At some point something changed for the worst. They removed CC for auto-pay, their phone line is like 5 layers of automated menus, their customer service is some sort of call center I can hardly understand, and their payment system has so many issues. DESPICABLE COMPANY! Last month my bill was some how OVER DOUBLE what it normally is especially comparing to last year. Since last March, I've added to my energy saving routine and it miraculously double randomly last month. UNREAL. I call CS, spend 40 minutes trying to get an understanding why my bill is outrageous. She LIED to me. She said I wasn't eligible for a payment plan. My bill is normally $160, it was $350! I didn't have $350! I call the automated system late at night to check my account details again. Hey have the kids out walk an Thanks for your driver floating the stop sign and almost hitting the little one then. Horrible service, never ever had my electricity shut off until I moved to Norman and used OGE. sky high electric bills. No way to speak to a representative
