14 hours and still no power. Feels like I'm back in CA dealing with Edison.
This is bullshit, making people do without power, due to the storms. Only select few gets power back on, I guess screw everyone else, around 12th and Robinson.
OG&Es Mobile app showed me an incorrect billing date, and when I went to pay my bill I was met with an ~$100 late fee (that I cannot see the specifics of anywhere). When I called to ask if there was anything I can do, I was told that I had gotten confused and was spoken to rudely, before my complaint was dismissed because it is a "valid charge." I have and continue to pay my bills on time, with no issues anywhere else. OG&E really dropped the ball here.
