First of all this address takes you to a trailer park, there's no office here. Seems like OG&E has a trend of shutting off power with no warning according to other reviews. Here's my no warning power off experience: I moved into a new place on the 12th and had to work out of town shortly after moving in. I signed up for electronic billing. They shut off my power 7 days after moving in, before the start of my first billing date, on the 19th with absolutely no notice. 36 hrs w/NO POWER! This incompetent, lazy, corrupt excuse for a utility allows paying customers to go DAYS without power and does not care! Their app & website also conveniently crash during outrages so you can’t contact them. The phone numbers are nothing but an automated switchboard. This company also spent millions lobbying to prevent competition. Vote for leaders whom will allow OG&E to have to compete for your business! As long as they have a monopoly, they don’t have to care about YOU!
This company is the most useless company I’ve ever worked with. They cut my power off for NO REASON, and it’s taken me 3 hours to get a hold of any one. They then hung up on me…
