This is the second time in the middle of an “extreme heat warning” that our power has been cut WITHOUT NOTICE. I have a small child and a pet. And I have NO A/C, fans, etc on a day that’s over 100 degrees. Last time I called and spoke with the most off putting woman I was told it was apart of “routine maintenance” then why not give me a heads up so I can make other arrangements!? OG&E is genuinely part of why Im leaving fort smith. I've lived a lot of places across the country and never felt with a utility company this bad.

We have been long time customers of OG&E and haven’t had any real issues, until Friday 7/17/2026, when I received a final bill in the mail. Not understanding, I call this morning 7/20/2026 and I’m told that they moved us out of our house and the bill was put under someone else’s name. They asked if I was moving and I told them “no”, so she put the account back to how is should be and under our name. The lady I spoke with was very helpful and friendly, so my issue was not with her.
