Its literally impossible to speak one to a English speaking representation and two also to speak to a supervisor!!!! I was put on hold for over an hour yesterday December 16, 2025. OG&E has literly dropped the ball in offering proper customer help!!! Yals system is completely useless!!!!!!!! Not user friendly PERIOD
Got my power shut off due to a mistake on their end. No notice. Nothing at all and its been hours since they said they were going to have it fixed. Awful service.
Was not given a notice and they shut my power off. I have children, food, and thousands of $$ in fish that need power to live. But these crooks just do as they please. We should have other choices for power companies.
