I have had ongoing and countless issues with the OGNE customer service. I wish there was another option for electrical in Oklahoma. I would certainly choose it.
Nothing like waiting 2 hours plus.... still waiting to speak with someone to get new power
OG&E required me to submit my Social Security card through their website, which I believe is highly inappropriate. According to the email I received (I can provide the email if needed), the Social Security card was the primary (must have) form of documentation. Concerned about the risk of identity theft, I refused to upload my card and called customer support to inquire about alternative submission methods. On hold for over an hour and now they are closed.
First of all this address takes you to a trailer park, there's no office here. Seems like OG&E has a trend of shutting off power with no warning according to other reviews. Here's my no warning power off experience: I moved into a new place on the 12th and had to work out of town shortly after moving in. I signed up for electronic billing. They shut off my power 7 days after moving in, before the start of my first billing date, on the 19th with absolutely no notice.
