What is the deal with the billing department? Why do I have to re-register auto pay every month and it still doesn't work? Getting electric to your house shouldn't be this hard!
Horrible customer service response time. Trying to get my bill resolved with a supervisor and it takes 24-48hr for a call back. If you miss their call the process starts over. I’ve been trying to get my problem resolved for 6 weeks now. I’ll never suggest OGE to anyone.
Zero stars!!! Do not use OG&E. Use anyone but them!!! BEGGING ok Corp Commision to take away their license to operate. My 78 yr old mother just bought a home in Ada, Ok. And because it already had OG&E, I just turned on her elec service. As with any new service we paid the connection fee, amd I'll admit it was 2 days late (within 10 days of calling to hook up service) but it was paid. 7 days after it was paid, service was turned off. THE WORST company I have ever worked with, utility or otherwise. When starting service, I met every deadline they provided and paid them what they asked, but they cut off my power with no notice because "they need 48hrs to review my ID". IT'S GOING TO BE 100° TODAY!!!!! This is inhumane!!! Oklahoma needs to oust this provider!!!
