I give them an absolute 0 my bill keeps on going up no matter what I do I got on smart hours then signed up for avage billing was so happy it went done to 255 for the being of this month paid a portion of it where I'd only owe 83.50 afterwards and logged in two days later and says I owe 315 which makes no sense at all...I always pay a little early so I can budget money better
Called to check in on a work order. Talked to a rude, wrong, and miserable woman. She wouldn’t let me talk, wouldn’t transfer me to someone else, wouldn’t check the work order and hung up on me. Called back and got to speak to a reasonable person who provided information. Still waiting on work to be done for over a month. Really wishing we could switch electric providers.
I’ve dealt with them for 4 days and they’ve already shut my service off twice for ticky tack bs reasons. They have my full social, ID, and bank account but “couldn’t verify my ID”. Thanks a lot for letting this company exist as a monopoly, Oklahoma legislators. OEC is LIGHTYEARS ahead of these scumbags.
Dangerous drivers
Dang, I’ve never seen a company with 200 reviews with an average rating of 1 star until now. Well, here goes another one. Corporation commission; are you listening? I’m a property manager. I have a new tenant who is trying to establish electric service so they can move into their new Rent house tomorrow.
