Customer service has not been helpful on the phone OR when placing contact requests in online. No one will call or email back with any help.
They cut my service off on New Year’s Eve. I bet they feel good about it too karma will come back to them

They cut off my power without any notice. I created an account and requested to start service because my old roommate did not pay his bill and moved out without telling me. Been without any electricity for 2 days and everything in my fridge went bad while these people took their own jolly time. Customer service takes 2 hours before someone speaks to you, with outsourcing and everything you’d imagine it would be quicker. OGE is the worst electric company i have ever had. They raise there cost at least twice a year. It take at least 1.5 hours to be able reach anyone with a question. Awful service!! They are monopolozing oklahoma and should be stopped! They could care less about their customers
