They cut off my power without any notice. I created an account and requested to start service because my old roommate did not pay his bill and moved out without telling me. Been without any electricity for 2 days and everything in my fridge went bad while these people took their own jolly time. Customer service takes 2 hours before someone speaks to you, with outsourcing and everything you’d imagine it would be quicker. OGE is the worst electric company i have ever had. They raise there cost at least twice a year. It take at least 1.5 hours to be able reach anyone with a question. Awful service!! They are monopolozing oklahoma and should be stopped! They could care less about their customers
Zero stars if possible! I’ve been out of power 2 days now for not being able to verify the documents I sent over. Waited for over an hour to get a hold of someone, only to receive the answer “send it to the email and wait 24 hours.” Then hung up. Very rude customer service.
The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced! Put in to start service 2 days before my move in and it’s a week later they cut the power off with no communication on what’s going on. Called and of course you have to wait HOURS to get someone on the phone and you can barely understand them! Just for them to first say it’ll be 24 hours to start service after I’ve sent in my needed documents and then 24 hours later that it’ll be an additional 24 hours because there were no updates and they don’t show my documents in my file.... read more
