Nothing quite like being scheduled for a triage appointment for a simple prescription refill at 11am only to get to sit through the entire offices lunch break in order to be seen. It is now 12:36 and there is no one even here. Why not schedule the appointment when there is actual staff present?
Very slow are appointments are always very early in am one of the first appointments and we sit for 2hrs plus before even being seen its a all day process when we are eventually called in the appointment literally is 20mins but its the waiting time to be called to see the doctor so don’t make any plans the day of ur appointment cause u will be here all day
