Ogden flooring was one of the worst companies I’ve ever done business with. I would not recommend anybody to use them. They came out to bid my house. I told them I wanted to do an install. They never followed back up with me. I had to call the store to get them to come out and beg them to put my carpet in. Then they messed up my install days put them back to back and there was supposed to be a day in between so I could move all my furniture. We had a great experience with Ogden’s Flooring in Spanish Fork. They were knowledgeable, experienced and personable. Shawn Andersen worked with us tirelessly. We came into Ogden’s on the recommendation of a friend. We had water damage and needed carpet, flooring and tile. We were overwhelmed. They helped us through everything. Come to Spanish and talk with Shawn in Ogdens flooring.
Really helpful and not pushy at all. We worked with Shawn. And will recommend everyone to him.
We worked with Mike, and he was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and talked us through our options and choices. They had a lot of options for carpet, laminate and LVP, which I appreciated getting to look through and balance the pros and cons
Shawn was super helpful explaining options and listening to our concerns. He gave us the space and time to make decisions.
