We were sold on the more expensive LVP specifically because we were told it doesn’t scratch. Our sales guy said he had this flooring and has big dogs with claws and that it has never scratched. He even mentioned the warranty but said nobody has made a claim with this brand because it’s so good. Well we got it and immediately our kitchen chairs scratched the floor. These guys were great. We went into the store and gave them out measurements and picked a color. They came the next morning and got it installed. Darrin was super helpful and friendly and got us well taken care of. Would highly recommend!
