The previous manager made things a little difficult for us as she didn’t make sure her installers were doing the best quality job they could. 1.5 years later our floor was struggling in multiple places. I re-contacted Ogden and their new manager was absolutely fabulous! He and his installers were meticulous and solved problem after problem when our replacement floor had the wrong clicking mechanism. Pablo is Excellent! He helped me pick the most perfect wood flooring for my Renovation. The Installers were Amazing. From start to finish I could not have asked for more!! The whole experience was so easy and pleasant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!
