We were super happy with the process of getting a new floor done with Ogden. From the sales staff to the installers, everyone was nice and knowledgeable. We love our new floor!
We recently had Heber Ogden flooring install an LVP Flooring in our kitchen/living area and remove and install carpeting throughout the house. Pablo was very patient, and prompt. He was patient as we went back and forth borrowing different samples until we made our decision. He came out to measure our flooring the same day and when we were ready for the carpet, he came out the next day to measure. We liked the carpet and LVP they installed for us for our home remodel project. Went over to the store multiple times to get samples over a couple of months. Never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Pablo and the others we met there were friendly and professional. Almost went with a laminate but then talked about our concerns of wanting less variation in the light and dark variations. We couldn’t be more thrilled with Ogdens flooring and design Heber city location. They were so knowledgeable & kind to work with and after seeing our house for measurements, guided us to a more suitable (durable) flooring for our lifestyle needs that is still pretty & just the look we are going for.
