Matt was great!
I’m giving it a 3 because the store employees were great however the installer installed my carpet without any shoe coverings and then left my front porch carpeted. When I called the store the agent explained that they don’t usually wear shoe coverings when installing new carpet. Most people don’t like shoes on new carpet especially when you are going back and forth from outside bringing in dirt. He also left a mess on my kitchen floor and did not clean it up.
