Hello , housing has been so good to us and I'm super grateful for this. But check this out my fuse box had this crackling noise coming from it and I could smell something burning so I immediately call after hours maintenance and he couldn't even understand what I was saying. Not did he sound like it wasn't that important. He said I'll be there in 40mins I was like ok. Seems kind of long but that's my options. You know I get really mix From this Housing authority, I’ve seen the receptionist get up and walk out because it was Monday i’ve talked to different people. I even had to ask who my worker was. and now I’m on a third person that I didn’t even know about. I was very excited now , it looks like I have an extended-wait…… Well when you’re elderly, you don’t like to hear that because somebody felt angry to yell enough at you at the phone. The office receptionist has been wonderful and I have been treated with respect each time I have gone into the Ogden Housing Authority office. I was treated really well by the property manager Marquita when I did the apt walk through and signed the lease. The maintenance guy Dominique has been very polite and helpful. So far Ogden Housing Authority have been great!
