This organization is most definitely committing fraud!! In the last 2.5 years my rent has increased 5 times!!! That's never happened in the 11 years I've lived in utah. There is something that is not right and I'm contacting our City representatives to make sure housing fraud is no longer effecting low income renters!!! Im going to make sure there is a proper investigation into you forcing low income housing landlords to increase our rent and break our leases literally 5 times in less than the last three years. I got totally discriminated by ogden housing authority they said that I can't have my wife here at my home. They can't do that. They can't say who would be here and who can't be here? That's why I filed a discrimination on them
Hello , housing has been so good to us and I'm super grateful for this. But check this out my fuse box had this crackling noise coming from it and I could smell something burning so I immediately call after hours maintenance and he couldn't even understand what I was saying. Not did he sound like it wasn't that important. He said I'll be there in 40mins I was like ok. Seems kind of long but that's my options. You know I get really mix From this Housing authority, I’ve seen the receptionist get up and walk out because it was Monday i’ve talked to different people. I even had to ask who my worker was. and now I’m on a third person that I didn’t even know about. I was very excited now , it looks like I have an extended-wait…… Well when you’re elderly, you don’t like to hear that because somebody felt angry to yell enough at you at the phone.
