This place is the worst. We've had 3 different property managers in the past year- Sharon, Kriss and Chantae. 2 of them NEVER respond to you. You email and phone call and nothing. One of them was responsive, but basically just blows smoke up your you know what to make you think he's doing something. Our board must be in kahoots with this group because they think it's fine and normal for homeowners to put up with it. I'd give a zero if I could.
For some reason, my auto payments for my HOA didn't go through. Rather than send a simple email to let me know, which they send out ALL THE TIME for info about water outages, landscaping, whatever, they racked up late fees, filing fees, etc.for hundreds of dollars. I own 20 properties, but live out of the country much of the year, but a simple email and I would have solved this immediately. but NO, these cocksucing thieves stole hundreds of dollars. as a former employee who has witnessed everything described in the reviews I could not in good consience advise anyone to use their services. They are dishonest, they lie, they dont respect people differnt then themselves, I have personally witnessed another employee committing insurance fraud as the agent to a condominium assoc. It was reported and her supervisor ignored it and then fire me 4 days later. The owner is out to lunch, completley out of touch with the 4 women who rule with a discriminating and iron fist.
