Holly is amazing. She was able to pinpoint the reason I am so tired. I’m on supplements now and excited to feel better. Holly takes her time with you and always answers all my questions.
I have really enjoyed working with Heather Roberts, and have seen success moving towards my goals, so I'm sad I need to write this review but I think it needs to be said. This afternoon, I was running late for my 4:45 appointment and so I called the office and let them know I'd be 8-9 minutes late. I like my provider but I'm having a hard time with this medical office. Several times I have gone back and forth trying to get prescriptions resolved and questions answered. I appreciate that it takes time to respond, I also work in the medical field and understand the high volume of requests that come in. However, when I have to call 3 separate times to correct a prescription or call 15 days after a request was messaged through the portal because I haven't heard back, it is not meeting my expectations as a customer. First let me say that Holly and Dr. Rigby have been fantastic to work with. They are patient, thorough, and detailed, and I've never had a negative interaction with either of them. The experience with staff has been frustrating at times though. When you call the main number you get a central messaging service with Ogden Clinic and I'm never sure if my messages are actually reaching Holly.
