Billing is a nightmare. Our PA (Zane Williams) is AMAZING! Highly recommend him, 100 stars! Have loved him and he is the only reason we keep coming back. We went in for regular kid checkups which are 100% covered by insurance, but asked about my daughter's tonsil stones to know if she should get tonsils out. They classified it as an office visit instead of preventative exam, so we had to pay. Even the girl on the phone when I called billing said it was stupid, but that's how they do it. Muy mal servicio y mala información en todo sentido. La peor experiencia en dermatólogia aquí en esta clínica,jamás regreso aquí. Además que cobran carísimo para la atención que ofrecen. The worse clinic and really expensive. And phone costumer service so bad.
Very dissatisfied with the billing department. Waited on the phone for an hour. It said I was the 2nd in line then switched to 4th in line then back to 2nd in line them first in line for about 20- 30 min and then I just hung up and called the main line and they were able to transfer me and get someone on the phone in less than a minute, just to tell me I have to set up a payment plan online. I recently paid 200 dollars and didn't have the funds to pay another amount that is required online to pay to set up the payment plan. ... read more
