Very dissatisfied with the billing department. Waited on the phone for an hour. It said I was the 2nd in line then switched to 4th in line then back to 2nd in line them first in line for about 20- 30 min and then I just hung up and called the main line and they were able to transfer me and get someone on the phone in less than a minute, just to tell me I have to set up a payment plan online. I recently paid 200 dollars and didn't have the funds to pay another amount that is required online to pay to set up the payment plan. ... read more
Been waiting 2.5 hours in the patient room and I’m about ready to walk out…
Billing is ridiculous. You can no longer pay over the phone, the codes they send are not working…. Such a hassle just to pay a bill!
We see Dr.Church who is great. However the billing department is a nightmare. They failed to submit a claim from the first time Dr. Church visited our baby in the hospital. Now 2 years later out of the blue I have a collections notice. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone with Ogden clinic to ask why. My insurance confirmed that Ogden Clinic failed to submit the claim properly.
