Dealing with the Management (Ogden CAP) in this building (Normandie Court) is the worst experience I have had anywhere Ive ever lived. They are non-responsive, rude, ridiculously bureaucratic and pretty sly. To move a single sofa into the building has been a total nightmare, moving in in general...practically impossible. They have consistently told us the elevators will be done soon, or in a month...and now many months later.... nothing. And nothing to compensate for it.
