I have taken my blind to Ogden Blinds several times and Kurt has always been very helpful and fixed my blinds while I wait. It is so nice to have someone like him who will do the repair right away if he has time. I highly recommend him for blind repair.
Repair service on time & professionally completed
The installer Martin has no etiquettes while dealing with and speaking to customers. He visited our home for a service call and rudely commented “you are the problem” because we didn’t operate the blinds per his “expectations”. Wish I could 0 stars to Martin. I was happy with the whole buying process with Kurt (the owner) but Martin’s behavior has spoiled my experience. Called to see about Hunter shade repair. The gentleman I talked to actually diagnosed it over the phone while I was telling him what I needed to drop it off for. I was able to fix it based on his recommendation. I just wanted to give them a huge shout-out for saving me a 3-hour drive (for drop off and pick up) and the money to repair. You can tell they are good people and I truly just wanted to say thank you!! Will definitely be back in the future if help is needed!!! Thank you again!
