Five plus stars! I needed window treatments for entire house. Called Oden Blinds based on their excellent reviews and Kurt responded right away. We set an appointment immediately and he came out and measured all windows and provided much needed guidance on what would work best for every window and door. Kurt was not helpful at all. He was pompous, rude, and ignored e-mails and text messages. I called Lovitt Blinds & Drapery in Downers Grove, and they are able to help with no fuss. I do not recommend this "company".
If you are looking for window blinds or need service or repairs, may I recommend Ogden Blinds. They are very helpful and provide prompt service. I highly indorse this Oswego Blind Company.
Excellent repair work performed. Motor had gone out on Hunter Douglas motorized blinds. replaced. Reasonable cost. Martin was on time, performed work quickly, was polite and friendly. Recommend Ogden Blinds.
