The installer Martin has no etiquettes while dealing with and speaking to customers. He visited our home for a service call and rudely commented “you are the problem” because we didn’t operate the blinds per his “expectations”. Wish I could 0 stars to Martin. I was happy with the whole buying process with Kurt (the owner) but Martin’s behavior has spoiled my experience. Called to see about Hunter shade repair. The gentleman I talked to actually diagnosed it over the phone while I was telling him what I needed to drop it off for. I was able to fix it based on his recommendation. I just wanted to give them a huge shout-out for saving me a 3-hour drive (for drop off and pick up) and the money to repair. You can tell they are good people and I truly just wanted to say thank you!! Will definitely be back in the future if help is needed!!! Thank you again!
Thank you to Kurt and to Martin for taking the time to help us with the new blinds!!! Blinds are pricey and they are a lifetime investment. Kurt is awesome. Have used him twice and both times I dropped them off and they where repaired in no time. I live in St. Charles and drive all the way to Oswego...totally worth the trip.
Review Amended: I originally gave this company 5 stars as their response was very good and the repairs were done quickly. Kurt was always pleasant and I had recommended him to many others as I believe in always supporting local business. However today was a different story. I called again to have the same blind that has been repaired by them three times.
