Above and beyond! Thus company was able to assist the company I work for with an issue we had at a customers home where their blinds had been damaged. Thankfully we choose this company because they were able to fix our issue promptly and with great care! As for my personal use, I will be contacting them if ever u need service!

Two of eight matching Levelor horizontal blinds suddenly seized up. No longer manufactured, no longer replaceable with look-alikes. Symptoms pointed to gear boxes, which Kurt was able to find on the web, but when he disassembled the blinds, he found knotted lines from a little "tough love" administered by the house cleaners. He patiently untangled them, good as new. No charge! Classy operation. He even returns phone calls!
A+ service! Very friendly and professional. Kurt was able to help repair 2 blinds in one day and avoid the unnecessary expense to replace them. I will be referring all my friends, family and clients to Kurt moving forward.
I was referred to Ogden Blinds for factory authorized repairs by Hunter Douglas. Kurt took my call and agreed to repair my blinds at his home workshop. Less than an hour later, the job was done. Kurt was a pleasure to work with, and he has years of experience in his trade. I would definitely use Ogden Blinds again. Highly Recommended!
