The whole experience was very pleasant and efficient. My initial call and appt. setup with Mia, who was very professional and direct, gave me confidence I'd made a good choice with Abra! Within 2-3 hours the same day I had an installer, Chris, at my house to replace my windshield. He was friendly, engaging and had a smile on his face the whole time he was working! Roger at Abra took care of my car the last couple weeks. The shop did an excellent job on repairs, but more so the communication was over-the-top good. I never felt like I was in limbo on how my car was doing or what repairs were going on. They did a beautiful courtesy wash on the car as well, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this shop!

2012 chevy Traverse ,they do a outstanding body and paint work they even installed me a new windshield , they took care of me from the time I took the car to them until the day I got it back ,they kept me informed daily on the progress they were making , and the customer service was beon believ there on top of there game , I would definitely take any one of my others vehicles to the for repair and I definitely will refer every one I know that needs that type of work done, so in closing I want to thank them again for the exce... read more
