Dr. Scott Moulton is the most compassionate, understanding physician that I have ever come into contact with. The entire staff at this office is wonderful-- from the receptionists to the nurses, I have always been treated with the utmost courtesy. I have been a patient of his for almost one year now, and see him regularly for various health issues..I have never waited more than fifteen minutes to be seen.
