Update 2/21/2022 So the saga continues.... One of the managers wanted me to contact them, which I did and left a message. They called me back 5 days later. They wanted to pay for the repairs. So I got another company to come in and do the repairs. Their technician was surprised that OGD did not have anyone to fix it. Anyways, At The End, I ended up paying for the repairs. OGD ghosted me even after I sent them pictures of the invoice of the repairs. I WILL CONTINUE TO NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They never backed up anythin... read more

The tech was fast and efficient and friendly. He was professional and informative and i had full confidence in him. He explained the cost before doing the work and i was pleased with the same day service and recommend this company.

Worst business experience I've had in a very long time!! My husband booked an appointment online and we received text updates that Manuel was "on his way" twice.. after waiting for an hour (hubby had to leave for work) I called the phone number and a recording said to contact only via text...we cancelled....all they said was "thank you".... didn't even care enough to find out why

Manuel was very informative of the requirements of the door insulation. The downside was the cost of the insulation panels and the excuse for the cost of these insulation panels was due to having to order them from the factory. Normally when you order directly from a factory the items are less expensive as there is no middle man costs. However, to get the panels without labor charges was $400 for a eight panel door and $600 for a 16 panel door equaling $1000 for the insulation alone. I don't think I received a labor cost.
