Forced to see Dr. Hess as she was the doctor on call at St. Luke's Nampa. Found her approach to be unnecessarily interventionist and her presentation of hospital rules manipulative. Additionally, we were charged a new patient fee by OGA despite being seen through St. Luke's and the fact that we were keeping an L&D appointment made by another physician. The negative pressure from Dr. Hess during a high-stress period of my pregnancy was very unwelcome and has soured us completely on OGA.
