Im from West Virginia and went to Florida on vacation. Ive always wanted a pink breast cancer ribbon on my back in rememberence of my mamaw. I saw this tattoo shop across the road from our hotel and decided to stop by. I schedualed my app and the times got mixed up. My orginal artist wasnt Oscar, but he straightened everything out and gave me the tattoo his self. He free handed my ribbon design on my back. It is beautifal.
