I'm a Real Estate investor and opted to have Property Manage reluctantly when moving out of state. I'm really glad I did the work the do is great is and maintenance is done timely, CORRECTLY and reasonably priced. Their maintenance quality and price is well worth their flat % rate. Glad I went with them only wish I did earlier. They're also great with communicating timely and getting everything uploaded to Buildium.
