Have not been renting too long from Chauncy's but have had great experiences, very attentive to service calls, maintenance usually comes same day. Would recommend them to anyone
I think it's great that Chauncey Property Management allows pets. It is hard to find apartments and LL that allow pets, which sucks. Pets our family members. So in that regard, they are terrific. There are areas they could improve upon. Such as responding sooner to maintenance requests than they do and although they hire people to cut the grass and plow the driveway, they are not people who take pride in a job well done or pay attention to detail.
