The team is amazing. They’re my go to when I need repairs. Their jewelry is reasonably priced as well!
Most was broken or missing stones and would not do anything about it. Blamed on shipping although I bought several items in 1 week and they wasn’t damaged in shipping and not all was shipped together. I gave pictures and videos before I ever open a box and then as I’m taking everything out. Sent all proof and they blocked me as they have done with several others who complained. Always tell people it’s the shippers fault
Stay away from this place. Not only did seller not communicate with me, the items I ordered showed up the other day and there was nothing in the packaging. Seller shipped me a empty box. I will be reporting seller for fraud and theft. Do not do business with this company you'll get scammed and receive empty boxes.
Do not do business with them. Poor quality jewelry and even worse professionalism. Customer service is a joke.
