Pricing is pretty good for what you get. Clean, quiet, comfortable.
I encountered pleasant helpful staff..bathing area was phenomenal bc there was only one other person present in the area...it is however sirprisingly small..The shiatsu was by Merryn was outstanding..
Authentic japanese onsen in the heart of Melbourne. Have been there twice and really enjoyed it. I left the place feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. Will visit again soon!
