I was injured when my landlord failed to fix a dangerous condition at my rental property. I fell from a curb in an atypical, poorly designed bus stop that was under construction, but was not marked As a result I sustained oblique humerus fractures with bone displacement that required surgery to put in a titanium plate to hold the bones together. Lindsay was more than perfectly competent, patient, kind, and ultimately successful.
