Cant say enough positive about this company. They have gone above and beyond to help me with a AC/furnace issue. They are dependable, honest, timely, and affordable. They never try to sell you anything that isn't necessary for your issue at hand. I am sure most homeowners would appreciate a company such as them. Mark was knowledgeable and forthcoming and even though I haven't met Steve, he called several times to make sure things were being taken care of. I would highly recommend this company..

I have a retail shop and we were having difficulty with our A/C unit. It was going to cost more then we thought would be cost effective to repair so we contacted O'Flaherty to come out and give us an estimate. Mark was there in 20 minutes from our call. He gave us an estimate and we agreed to it. The next morning they were there installing our new system. The owner was there to help and oversee that the work was getting done properly. Can't say enough good about this company. We used a warranty company with the purchase of our condo and O'Flaherty Services worked well with the warranty company (2-10 Warranty) to get the job done. We had delays because of 2-10, but not because of O'Flaherty Services. When our a/c was not able to be fixed due to delays by 2-10, O'Flaherty Services gave us a portable a/c unit to use for free to help cool our condo for a few days so we could be somewhat comfortable until the parts came in. O'Flaherty Services came out to my house after I got bad information about an AC Unit from a competitor. They sent out incredibly knowledgeable and professional staff that took the time to find out what was wrong with my system and fix it promptly. Will definitely be using them again in the future.
