My consult was with one attorney and gave me thoughtful information. The attorney I was represented by hadn't even read the consult attorney's notes before talking to me. Heather Jones told me it was 'unethical' to represent me in my case and refused to discuss with me the other case I wanted representation for. She did manage to bill me for the entire retainer. Complete waste of money.
