The team of attorneys we were assigned included an attorney with no custody knowledge. Horrible. Don’t waste your time. Scheduled 15 min consultation. Got no information answered. They wanted to charge me double what I was told the retainer was. And then I asked her to provide me with some info on what will happen and where this goes as in custody of my child or visitation. I asked them to explain the process. I reached out to this law office for my legal matters. Made an appointment and was told to give the lawyer/attorney a 15 minute grace period if he/she was running behind. The day of my appointment the lawyer didn’t call until an hour later as if I was just supposed to be waiting by the phone. I called again to make another appointment and explained to Kim, I’m sure that these attorneys/lawyers are busy but I have a busy schedule too.
