Had issues with them transferring my calls resulting in long hold times followed by call ending for no reason. Set up a consultation only to be told they had been given different info and couldn't take my case. Why did I fill out the consultation for explaining my situation 2 weeks prior to not even be looked at?
So far they have been nice, respectful, and efficient. My case is not over yet.
When talking to Zana, she seemed very knowledgeable and willing to help. Overall I thought the consultation went well, was very impressed.
