Kevin O'Flaherty should have a discussion with Zana about these tag lines. She wrote one letter and Fed Ex'd it....No documentation on delivery provided to client She made ZERO attempts to reach out to defendant about a potential settlements. She made Zero calls to me "the Client" prior to deciding to dump the case. She billed me for a conversation she had with her admin to dump my case with any client input. I retained Valbona "Bona" Doci in December, 2023, to resolve some estate issues in suburban Chicago. She was neither pro-active nor timely, and her communication skills were extremely poor. As a result of her incompetence, I lost a great deal of money. The experience with O'Flaherty Law--which specifically recommended Ms. Doci for her expertise in estate law--was a complete failure.

Horrible experience. They just ran up the billable hours while not fulfilling my requests. They sent important information via an old email address which I had told them month prior I did not want then to use. Then they withdrew from the case because I failed to respond. Do not waste your time and definitely not your money dealing with these crooks. I plan to file a complaint with the Bar association.
