We signed up for a dedicated space for 12 months at 129 Newbury St, which offers 24-hr access — perfect! We visited several co-working spaces prior to Oficio. Others were prettier, beer-on-tap, tons of food... all great if that is your priority. My priorities were for a safe, dedicated, clean, comfortable space in which to conduct business 24/7.
