FAIR WARNING, DO NOT TAKE YOUR DISABLED OR ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. I had an interaction at the administration office on Montana today with Dr. Armendariz's wife and her behavior was disgusting, disturbing and very concerning. I had a legitimate concern with an error that they made on my handicap placard paperwork, I asked them to correct it so I could avoid trouble at the DMV and was treated like I was an idiot that didn't know what I was talking about. Extremely rude customer service. They were charging me a balance I had already paid. Once I send proof they didn't even have the courtesy to call me back to say it was a mistake. Terrible people.

Rude females working in this administrative office. They'll tell you they called your Rx in when they haven't. They tried to say I was told that Montana location was closed and my appointment would be at Gateway location when their reminder caller said NO SUCH THING! I found another physician around the corner where I will actually see a doctor...YES AN MD, not an NP. Rafael Armendariz should be ashamed of himself for degrading the medical profession like this! This practice is actively committing Medicare fraud. I have proof. Not crediting me with my payment and collected same money from Medicare. Any calls to the practice are either a runaround, passing the buck, and extreme rudeness by someone named Disenia. First Laura is in today, then she isn't till Monday, the oh dear not till the 30th. So my next calls are to Medicare (OIG by the way) and the Texas Medical Board. Dr. Armendariz already lost his license once.
