We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Off the Field! Our 11year old son has been training with Chris for semi-private classes during the off season to build strength and keep him in shape during summer in prep for his first year of full pad football, and the progress we have seen has been incredible. This place is awesome. My son Hayden Sharp has been going to OTF for almost a year and has loved every trainer he’s had! Every trainer has elevated his athleticism and fitness his current trainer Chris is no exception. I feel like with his small workout groups he still personalizes each and every person in that group and works on their weaknesses as well as their strengths.
