The CEO Konrad Billetz is an absolute ripoff. Got me into a loan to fund my solar install, took the money, liquidated all assets and then filed bankruptcy. Now I’m stuck with a loan and the job isn’t even done. Remember his name and any company that you see him associated with #KonradBilletz
They took our money and ran like cowards!!!!
They sold us a bunch of lies. They said the power we make will roll over if we don’t use it. WRONG we only get to use the power while we are making it. Our electric bill is the same as before and now we are paying for a $48k solar system on top of it. Offset Solar also cut through a power line to a portion. Of our house and never fixed it. What a horrible company. We are stuck with this burden. When I contacted them about this issue they said please accept our apologies, we won’t be able to help.
Panels were installed wrong & roof is sagging. Don’t answer my calls
Got our solar panels up but never received any payment for the one year they were supposed to cover our loan costs. Also trying to get my incentive through the state has been a nightmare. No one is returning and of my calls or emails. When I went to report them to the BBB it showed they were closed. What a HUGE mistake it was to get these solar panels.
Company folded and never paid my contractor, didn’t finish the job. Won’t return calls
