Website says items in stock when they're not. Then you purchase based off that information only to get an email that it will take a few weeks. Few weeks go by, nothing. Contacted them to see whats going on only to be given another date. Months go by and nothing. Finally demand a refund for the items I did receive and it wasn't easy to get them to agree to it. They've had the items returned for months and still no refund. Meanwhile I have to pay interest on my card for their bad business habbits.
Wish I had seen the negative reviews on this company before purchasing from them - you have to dig a little but they are out there. The 100% positive 5-star reviews on their website should have been a tip off that they hide negative reviews.... Buyer beware - this company was great with getting me a decent price (not the best price, mind you, but "decent") but then when I wanted to return one component that was brand new, unopened in its original shipping box and manufacturer's packaging, they first gave me the runaround, im... read more
Paid over $8K with an expected lead time of 4-8 weeks. Im on week 9 and still waiting on parts. I had to reach out to them as they provided no updates to only be told with an attitude that the estimated time of arrival is now late september. WILL NOT USE AGAIN. Buy from someone else. I understand long lead times but they will promise one thing to get you to buy, then change it without letting you know.
Repeat customer. Always great customer service, technical advice, and a wide selection of products. Cody was amazing helping me select the right suspension accessories for my needs. Would not hesitate to deal with them and look forward to referring them to others without reservation.
