Absolutely loved my experience ordering with this company. I made a mistake and forgot to add an option to my order and realized it about 30 minutes after placing the initial order. I didn’t want to pay for additional shipping if I didn’t have to, so I called to see if I could get it included even though it was a separate purchase. I ordered load bars for my RSI Smart cap though off-road alliance back in June. When I ordered them it said after placing the order and submitting payment that they were on back order for 4-6 weeks which I had a trip planned for early August and was ok with waiting. By the end of July I had still not heard anything so I reached out by phone and was met with an unsympathetic response basically telling me that there was no way they were coming in and an attitude like I should know RSI doesn’t keep their lead times. Purchased a front bumper and winch from them in Dec 2023. Ive had a few issues with them. The winch control box wasn't installed using relocation bracket and was just screwed to some plastic trim, eventually falling off. This was never resolved after contacting the shop. The powder coat on the bumper is peeling about 1 year later. Again, not resolved after contacting the shop. I wouldn't recommend this shop.
Website says items in stock when they're not. Then you purchase based off that information only to get an email that it will take a few weeks. Few weeks go by, nothing. Contacted them to see whats going on only to be given another date. Months go by and nothing. Finally demand a refund for the items I did receive and it wasn't easy to get them to agree to it. They've had the items returned for months and still no refund. Meanwhile I have to pay interest on my card for their bad business habbits.
Wish I had seen the negative reviews on this company before purchasing from them - you have to dig a little but they are out there. The 100% positive 5-star reviews on their website should have been a tip off that they hide negative reviews....
