Absolutely do not go here!! Especially if you're a woman. I tried to come here for a smog check. The man said to wait 3 minutes, then left me sitting in my car for another 15+ minutes. I tried to ask him a question but he interrupted me and said, just a few more minutes please. After waiting longer and continuing to be ignored I decided to leave and call in to make an appointment. I called in and politely explained what happened and the man told me to go to another smog station. Happy holidays to you too.
Came in at 1pm on a Thursday without an appointment, the man that helped me was very nice and efficient. I showed him a coupon that I found on their website and the smog was $39.95 plus $8.25 certificate and $1.75 shop fee, totaling to $49.95 CASH ONLY. Must show the coupon prior to doing the smog. I was asked to come back in 30 min, came back in 25 min and my car was done.
Courteous and prompt service. I drove up and they were able to start the smog test immediately. Was out of there in 10minutes.
Vehicle Smog Emission Test done here! Quick work performed by the gentlemen. Cash/Venmo is the payment method. Refer to the coupon code online!
Guy was super rude on the phone, I called the schedule a smog test and he told me "I don't know, I don't know when it won't be busy. It's busy right now" and said it with a bad attitude.
