Such a great & easy SMOG experience! The technician was super friendly & it's easy located at Shell gas station with taco truck next door so you can get a snack & drink & wait at the provided tables & chairs.
Came in at 1pm on a Thursday without an appointment, the man that helped me was very nice and efficient. I showed him a coupon that I found on their website and the smog was $39.95 plus $8.25 certificate and $1.75 shop fee, totaling to $49.95 CASH ONLY. Must show the coupon prior to doing the smog. I was asked to come back in 30 min, came back in 25 min and my car was done.
If there are no other cars ahead of you; it only takes a few minutes. With OBD2 protocol, there's no cheating.
Courteous and prompt service. I drove up and they were able to start the smog test immediately. Was out of there in 10minutes.
Absolutely do not go here!! Especially if you're a woman. I tried to come here for a smog check. The man said to wait 3 minutes, then left me sitting in my car for another 15+ minutes. I tried to ask him a question but he interrupted me and said, just a few more minutes please. After waiting longer and continuing to be ignored I decided to leave and call in to make an appointment. I called in and politely explained what happened and the man told me to go to another smog station. Happy holidays to you too.
