The driving instructor Cassandra Chokbengboun is great, understanding, patient, funny and an overall good instructor, but Kimberly Small-White is a horrible, stern instructor who miserably yells at you rather than actually teaching you. If the school cared about customer satisfaction theyre better off firing people like Kimberly and hiring people like Cassandra.
Ms. Noel and Ms. Sheryl were AMAZING for my drivers ed & was so glad there were fully online options.
I loved my experience here!!! I learned how to u-turn, parallel park and use Michigan lefts, my driving instructor: Ms. Cassandra Chokbenboun(sorry if I misspelled her last name), was such a great teacher and made every drive feel fun.
Cassandra was a great instructor and was amazing with my daughter. My daughter not only learned a lot on the road, but she said she made it feel stress free.
This place is a joke. First, they make it impossible to schedule drives because the instructors are lazy. The instructors are incompetent to the point of negligence. They yell at the kids, cus, and are in general unpleasant and rude. They spend their drives on the phone texting and making calls. They show up late, leave early. One girl we seen was literally given a panic attack from the instructor while she was driving. Every day we hear another story about these people.
