Such friendly staff
Terrible customer service $165 printing order accepted, told to wait in store and then got to listen to the staff loudly complain about the order and how it shouldn't have been accepted before having it refunded and cancelled 10 mins later If you hate working in retail so much get a new job
Visited today to get a few simple photos printed - nothing fancy, just normal size, standard photos. Staff were extremely unhelpful and I believe additional training would be beneficial, in both understanding the services Officeworks provide, as they stated they had no idea what they were doing, and also in general customer service. Left without a single photo. Disappointing.
Want to give a shout out to Seth at Officeworks Wentworthville store. Such a helpful worker who knew the products and helped me with my questions. Keep up the good work Seth!!
