This place is really great for finding office appliences but I am sad about it getting rid of the play center that used to be there cause it was one of the best play centers in australia yet they decided to get rid of it and add a bad office building instead :(
The staff members here act like the customers are a nuisance. They are pure misery. If you meet them in an aisle you're expected to get out of their way. They are condescending and even rude. I watched them belittle an 80 year old man trying to email through his photos to print. Come on Wangaratta....basic human decency isn't hard. If you hate people so much you shouldn't be working in the customer service industry. Pathetic!
