Good quick friendly service
The staff members here act like the customers are a nuisance. They are pure misery. If you meet them in an aisle you're expected to get out of their way. They are condescending and even rude. I watched them belittle an 80 year old man trying to email through his photos to print. Come on Wangaratta....basic human decency isn't hard. If you hate people so much you shouldn't be working in the customer service industry. Pathetic!
The ladies at print & copy went absolutely above and beyond to help me create a tricky print solution and they were so helpful! Akso determined to help me get exactly what I needed so I highly recommend Wangaratta Officeworks for your print needs
Came in the store, was immediately greeted by a helpful young man named lex who helped me very meticulously to buy a iPhone and charger for my son, amazing service definitely would come again
