Pathetic, visited Office works Subiaco today to get discounted S25 plus which was mentioned on their website, so when contacted retail staff they advised its not available.They don't even bother to update their website.
Horrendous service. Went to purchase a laptop. Knew exactly what I wantednand simply wanted to walk in and purchase. Waited more than 15 minutes after asking someone for assistance. Went to the front desk and essentially had to self serve by bringing the details of the laptop to them. This was a $2k purchase. Absolutely no effort required by any staff member other than going to the back to bring a new product out for sale. Really poor effort. Is it normal Officeworks procedure for customers to be confronted and intimidated (as "you") in store to be asked to align the displays (as a "request") in return for advice I did not need nor ask for, displays that I did not cause to be put out of place in anyway? Who is the manager of this store?
