I would like to raise a complaint regarding my experience at your store today. I arrived at approximately 10:23am and joined the queue. There was an elderly lady in front of me who had already been waiting for some time, and I could see that her enquiry was taking a while. I completely understood this and had no issue with her or with the staff member assisting her. Worst customer service experience I’ve had. I was given one explanation, only for someone else to later change the position and tell me the complete opposite. When I tried to clarify the situation, the Tech Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. He raised his voice at me and showed absolutely no willingness to listen or assist. Regardless of the circumstances, customers should be treated respectfully, especially by someone in a management position. 4 month old faulty MacBook, got the diagnostics from apple that it's faulty, everything they needed for a replacement only to be told with any device bought from the company are final they don't do refunds/replacements only repairs, 4/6 week wait supervisor had bad attitude Id avoid if buying any tec... so far it's a headache if things go wrong

Amazing service from a young fellow named Ben. He helped me choose a printer and never rushed me and was always friendly and keen to help me. He was tall, wearing glasses and asian background just in case there is another Ben. Well done to this great worker , I hope manager , supervisors and officeworks leaders far and wide read this and give this young man a promotion, leadership role etc.....
