Good place
This store is a disgrace. It's interesting there is a multitude of reviews talking about the poor (or essentially non existent) service and yet corporate doesn't feel motivated enough to respond. I entered the South Melbourne store to replace my home printer and simply wanted to talk to a staff member about ongoing consumables costs. Standing in the printer aisle, I tried to attract attention but had several staff members, even going as far as putting their head down, walk past. Zero service. Zero communication between staff. Handed a laptop no information was given. Got home found out it wouldn't do anything we needed for school. Staff here appear to have no training in customer service or product knowledge. Definitely try a different Officeworks.
High recommend!! Amelia was honestly a life saver. I was in a pickle and needed business cards printed last minute and while I know it's not ideal she helped me and was so nice! Best officeworks experience!
