The store appears to be seriously understaffed. There was a long queue for printing, with only two staff members at the counter, and they were working quite slowly. Many customers ended up leaving out of frustration, yet the pace of service remained unchanged.
I visited Officeworks South Melbourne yesterday to print a poster, and I had a great experience. Eva was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure everything was just right. At checkout, Winston was also very helpful and assisted me in packing a large foam board carefully. Outstanding service from both team members friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Thank you!
