Has a lot of merch. Well worth checking it out
Staff didn't want to laminate one sheet for me and told me to come back some other time. Bit strange as on other occasions people have just laminated my one or two sheets for me there and then, taken no longer than 5 minutes to do. No printers or laminator machines were running behind the counters and there's a heap of staff so I don't understand why they refused this time. Poor service and will be using local library facilities instead from here on out.
The store manager Tiffany said to.me "you don't look like you have a disability. How about I ask you to leave the store?" This was in response to a complaint that I was trying to make against an employee who didn't want to assist me after I informed them that I needed her assistance to print some documents. Shocking case of disability discrimination.
I wander why people show up to work not feeling like working. Simple printing job I requested. The guy behind the counter straight up said 24 hours before even asking what sort of printing I was after. When I told him what I was after and advised I have had done this before ( usually takes 5-10mins) he said okay he will do it. I would have understood if he said they have other jobs to do but there he is trying to move from one end to other doing absolutely nothing.
