The manager outright lied to customers to prevent sales! I wanted a price beat for a phone that was cheaper at Bing Lee, and the manager told the staff that I would have to pay for an equivalent $25 shipping cost from Bing Lee because they don't have any stores in WA. Fair enough, but I was doubtful about the $25 shipping fee, so I checked with Bing Lee and their shipping fee for mobile phones to Perth is actually $6. Good job Officeworks!
