Requesting a printing copy for a legal document the staff at the place don't do a neat clear copy or the machine ink, because ink start running out of the machine is not clean properly, documents shows up with dark ink spots over the printed copy, they don't worry about, they just hang it to you as a normal piece of sheet being done. Then next!!! On the queue....
Customer service representatives are so rude. They don’t know how to even talk to a person let alone their “customer”.
This is a well run store with a good selection of items despite its smaller size (most other Officeworks are bigger). Quick assistance at checkout despite higher traffic due to its location, and front cashiers are quick snd friendly. Morley Officeworks would do well to take note - this is how a busy store should be run.
