Went in to collect some documents I’d emailed through beforehand and arrived at what must’ve been the busiest time of the morning. The line barely moved, and I overheard staff mention someone was on a break — during peak hours — leaving them one person short. This is the worst store, I just wanted to print one photo using photo paper. Multiple devices broken, none read my USB, then wouldn't connect to phone. I then tried to use the website, spent over 2 hours trying to upload images only to find the webpage makes you login at the end and then when you log in, the cart is then empty so its not actually possible to print photos. Officeworks is a joke of a company.
This is one of the busiest Officeworks store. While the store itself feels understaffed on most days, they are very efficient when helping. Entering to the Carpark can be challenge and often full but never had to wait too long for a spot.
