Understaffed. Worse than bad customer service. Not professional at all. Waiting time way too long because not enough staff. Please save you time and mood and go to a different officeworks near you.
I approached a senior staff member for help locating a few items, but was told, ‘I can’t do shopping for you. If you can’t find things, shop online.’ This kind of response is disappointing and not what customers expect when seeking assistance in-store.
Rang ahead to find out closing time on WA day public holiday and was told 6pm only to arrive at 4:55pm and told rudely by staff that we could not enter as they were closing at 5pm.
