As someone who has worked in a similar fast-paced retail environment, I’m very familiar with the checkout process. I noticed I was charged for 7 items when I only had 6 in my basket. The transaction was processed by a team leader, which makes this particularly disappointing. While a refund was issued after I questioned it, I will be checking to ensure it has been processed correctly.
