The Staff is wonderful and very helpful and.
Extremely poor customer service. I arrived 15 minutes before closing to print a few pages and was told to do it myself because “it’s almost closing time.” When I asked if they could cut FOUR A3 papers in half, they smiled and said, “we have no time and the machine is busy!” The whole team is rude, entitled, and unprofessional!!! completely lacking basic customer service skills. Most staff are well trained and helpful, but new staff should asked for help if they don't know the answer instead of making answers up and give you wrong advice and wrong information.
Some of these reviews are ridiculous. It is awesome they are there.
The manager goes above and beyond for customers and has a good heart. You can rely on Mosman Officeworks to be good to you. It's a very good branch with excellent staff.
